St John's Court Named Finalists in the West Midlands Great British Care Awards

St John's Court is thrilled to announce that its dedicated care team has been selected as finalists in the prestigious West Midlands Great British Care Awards. 

The Great British Care Awards are a series of regional events throughout the UK and are a celebration  of excellence across the care sector.  The purpose of the awards are to pay tribute to those individuals who have demonstrated outstanding excellence within their field of work.

This award is presented to the care team that best demonstrates a shared vision and agreed goals. The winning team must have a leader whose role is well-defined and accepted by all team members, someone who takes personal responsibility for their tasks. Furthermore, the team should showcase excellent communication processes, with each member's skills and contributions being acknowledged within the team. Demonstrating an unwavering commitment to dignity and privacy for clients, as well as respect for their fellow team members, is of paramount importance.
