The Cottage Opens at St John's Court
Amica Care is thrilled to announce the opening of three brand-new, bedrooms at their nursing home in Bromsgrove. This expansion comes in response to the increasing demand for care in the local community.
The newly added bedrooms, located on the top floor, have been thoughtfully designed to ensure the utmost comfort and well-being of residents. Each room boasts a spacious layout, abundant natural light, and modern furnishings, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere. The nursing home's commitment to creating a nurturing environment is reflected in every detail, from the soothing colour schemes to the accessible amenities.
The decision, by the home and the Trust, to name the top floor "The Cottage" reflects the warm and homely atmosphere it offers, providing residents with a sense of familiarity and comfort. It is also aimed at residents who value their autonomy while benefiting from the services and amenities the nursing home provides.
The newly established Cottage floor also features its own terrace roof with views of St John’s Church and a private lounge area that provide residents with the perfect balance of privacy and support.
With these additional bedrooms, St John’s Court can now accommodate 40 residents seeking a safe and supportive place to call home.
Kerry Hunt, Operations Manager at Amica Care Trust said: “Personalised care really is at the heart of everything we do, and we are looking forward to meeting new friends from within the local community and to welcoming our new residents and their loved ones.”
Ahead of its official launch, St John’s Court is hosting an open day to encourage visitors to take a look around The Cottage prior to opening.
