Amica Care Trust Awards 2023 Recognises Exceptional Colleagues
The annual Amica Care Trust Awards returned with resounding success, shining a spotlight on the dedication and unwavering commitment of our colleagues who consistently go above and beyond to make a positive difference in the lives of our residents, staff, and the trust as a whole.
Gatchell Oaks played host to this year's awards ceremony, welcoming colleagues from Bromsgrove, Dorchester, Crewkerne, and Exmouth, alongside our esteemed Trustees and Senior Leadership Team.
The atmosphere was electric as guests were treated to the soulful melodies of trumpeter extraordinaire, Luis Martelo, who set the stage for an outstanding afternoon. Trust Catering Manager, Jody Fellows, and her team worked their culinary magic, serving up a summer barbecue, along with a hot and cold buffet that left everyone raving.
The heart and soul of the awards lie in the nominations from colleagues, residents, and their families. These heartfelt recognitions serve as a testament to the incredible impact our colleagues have on those they care for and work alongside. The difficult task of selecting the winners fell to our dedicated judges, who faced the inspiring challenge of choosing from an exceptional pool of nominees.
The prestigious event was co-hosted by Keren Wilkinson, Amica Care's CEO, and John Whittaker, Chair of the Trustees. Together, they presided over the festivities, presenting well-deserved trophies and certificates to our outstanding winners.
