Amica Care CEO shortlisted in top care sector awards
Earlier this year, we were delighted to receive the news that our very own CEO, Keren Wilkinson, had been shortlisted for the Leadership Award at the Markel 3rd Sector Care Awards.
The awards ceremony, hosted by Angela Rippon CBE, took place on Friday 3rd March and while unfortunately Keren and Amica Care didn’t win, we are so proud and grateful to have been one of only three finalists chosen in that category.
These Markel 3rd Sector Care Awards aim to bring light to the efforts of small, non-profit providers who may not always get the opportunity to highlight the positive effects they have made on people's lives.
Discussing what it meant to be a finalist, Keren said: “As a finalist at the Markel 3rd Sector Care Awards, I couldn't be happier. This is a significant achievement for the Trust and a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team”.
