Amica Care Celebrates Outstanding Colleagues

Amica Care is delighted to announce the winners of our 2024 Staff Awards, a celebration of the incredible dedication and hard work that our colleagues demonstrate every day. The event, held at Taunton Racecourse, brought together staff from across our communities, along with Trustees and the Senior Leadership Team, to honour those who have gone above and beyond in their roles.

This year's ceremony was a particularly special occasion, as guests were serenaded by the award-winning trumpeter, Luis Martelo, whose captivating performance added a touch of magic to the day. The venue buzzed with excitement as the contributions of our colleagues were recognised in an atmosphere filled with joy.

Our awards are driven by the heartfelt nominations of colleagues, residents, and their families, reflecting the deep appreciation and respect for those who tirelessly contribute to making Amica Care a nurturing and supportive community.
